Chase has spent two decades advising public and private companies combining top-tier law firm and senior in-house legal executive experience.

He most recently served as General Counsel of Oncternal Therapeutics and previously held senior in-house roles, including General Counsel of Lineage Cell Therapeutics, Vice President of Legal Affairs at Tang Capital Management and its portfolio company Odonate Therapeutics, and Deputy General Counsel at Switch, where he helped lead the company in the third largest technology IPO of the year. Chase began his legal career at Latham & Watkins LLP, representing clients in M&A, capital markets transactions, and public company matters.

Chase earned both his J.D. and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is licensed to practice in California and Washington.
